Which transport system tells u to first get fully drunken and then run the cars on the roads of any city you live in. This is the most stupid thing I have ever heard. Which transport or police dept. tells u it’s a rule to have drugs in the car before you set out on a drive? Tell me which transport would these Hollywood celebs chose to move around. They can easily hire drivers to help escort them in every city they are in.
