KFed Makes a Move

She may not have hit rock bottom yet, but Britney Spears is dangerously close to it. And Kevin Federline is very much aware of that which is why things are about to get much worse for Britney.
Sources say that KFed just hired a high-powered attorney in the form of Mark Vincent Kaplan. The said lawyer was spotted walking into Department 88 of Los Angeles Superior Court this past Wednesday carrying documents that may just be KFed’s request for primary physical custody of his two boys with the hot mess of a pop star.
If and when given that news, I have my bets on Brit handling it by taking a huge swig from a Tequila bottle while out partying with friends.
