She may have had the top spot in her Russian opening but Jessica Simpson won’t be given the chance to go for box office gold in the US. Like there’s even a chance of that happening in the first place. According to reports, the wannabe actress’ latest flick, ‘Major Movie Star’ is going to be renamed for its US release to ‘Private Valentine: Blonde and Dangerous’ and that it’s going straight to DVD. Father and manager Joe Simpson has yet to comment about how big of a disaster his daughter’s career has turned out to be. Here’s to hoping that Jessica will decide to move to Russia and stay there for good.
