Jacko to be buried at Neverland?
Michael Jackson could be buried at his Neverland ranch, according to US reports.
His family is eyeing the sprawling estate as a possible burial site for the star, who died on Thursday.
“The family is considering all the options right now to try to make the most money off of Jackson’s estate,” a source close to the pop icon’s relatives told a US newspaper.
It follows reports that the California ranch could become a Graceland-like mecca for his fans.
Jacko bought the Santa Barbara property in 1987 for about US$30 million.
Today, it is worth a reported US$100 million.
Meanwhile, the Jackson family is said to be planning a wake for Tuesday night and burial on Wednesday, the source said.
But the singer’s father, Joe, insisted on Sunday night that no decisions on arrangements have been made, the New York Post reports.
