Michael Jackson’s chimpanzee pal Bubbles could be set for a glittering career after Michael’s death, it has been claimed.

Michael recently passed away aged 50 and he rescued the monkey in 1985 from a cancer research centre. The duo were regularly seen out together in matching outfits.

Bubbles was moved to a sanctuary six years ago after he became too aggressive. However his owner Bob Dunn has revealed the interest in the monkey has been high.

He said: “There’s a lot of interest. Bubbles has led an interesting life. There’s lots to say.”

Bob added that Bubbles would be upset if he knew he would never see Michael again following is death.

He added: “Bubbles and Michael were close friends and playmates. Their bond was unique. Bubbles missed him when they parted and will miss him now.

“Chimpanzees remember people and stuff. The last time Michael visited Bubbles recognised him.”
