Jesse Metcalfe and Jack Osbourne outshone by a girl in adrenaline challenge
Hard men Jesse Metcalfe and Jack Osbourne were left quivering in their boots after being put to the ultimate adrenaline test.
The tattoo clad pair nearly avoided taking part at the last minute when challenged to drive a powerboat, according to reports.
And they were outshone by a girl, Gavin and Stacey star Joanna Page, during one of the toughest challenges on water.
British powerboat champion Sarah Donohue, who watched the scenes unfold, said: “When it came to taking the boats out for a test Jack and Jesse said their managers didn’t want them to get into an X-CAT because it was too dangerous.
“It was strange because it had all been arranged for months. And having had a manager myself I know that the final decision is not down to them.
“We were ready to go, the engines were revving when they said it.”
She added: “Joanna couldn’t wait to get in, she was jumping up and down. Reggie didn’t like water but he was really good and just said ‘I’m getting in’. Jack and Jesse went back to the hotel. We thought it was really strange – adrenaline junkie or not?!”
But the next day, the boys decided to go ahead with the race.
Sarah said: “Joanna was buzzing and I think she went back to the hotel and told them how amazing it was. Then they were under pressure because if a girl could do it, then they should be able to do it. It wasn’t very adrenaline junkie. Joanna is a true adrenaline junkie.”
