Comedian Rosie O’Donnell said she and wife Kelli Carpenter are “working on our issues” following reports of their split.
Speaking openly about the matter for the first time, the outspoken presenter seemed to deny reports of a permanent separation.
The pair wed in 2004, when gay marriage was made legal in San Francisco.
She told USA Today: “Kelli and I love each other very much, and we are working on our issues.
“These are the only words I am ever going to say. Ever. And that is something that has been agreed upon by all parties.”
The revelation came as she promoted her new satellite radio show, Rosie Radio, which is due to launch on November 2.
