Akon cares for the safety of his fans
The singer is apparently very concerned when it comes to the safety of his fans at his concerts. It seems that Akon decided to leap into the crowd during a recent concert in Melbourne in order to intervene in a brawl that started between two rival gangs at his show. Akon’s promoter said the following about his actions: “One of the things people should take note on is an artist didn’t have too much concern for his own safety to go down and try and make things better.” That is correct! It’s not like Akon felt driven by some primordial sense to engage in a gang war, but rather he feared for the safety of his fans, as he well knows the security at concerts doesn’t care about such petty details.
