Marisa Miller’s $3m bra upstaged by Ellen DeGeneres’s $3 version
Supermodel Marisa Miller showed off a $3million bra on a US chat show – but was upstaged when host Ellen DeGeneres revealed her own lingerie made from coins.
Victoria’s Secret beauty Marisa brought the amazing bra dripping with diamonds with her as she appeared on Ellen’s US chat show.
But even she was impressed with Ellen’s $3 bra made from one-cent coins.
Marisa said of the bra she has modelled on the catwalk: “It was designed by Damianou and it’s over 150 carats.
“It’s white champagne and cognac-coloured diamonds and if it wasn’t enough, then they put a 16-carat heart-shaped pendant dangling in the middle.
“But it’s a Victoria’s Secret bra, so it’s comfortable.”
Ellen reached down behind her chair to reveal her coin bra, telling Marisa: “Mine is not.
“I made one and I misunderstood. I didn’t hear $3million, I heard $3. So I made it out of pennies.”
Marisa inspected the bra and said: “That’s actually really beautiful. I love that. It’s gorgeous. It’s sturdy.”
Ellen said: “You can do it at home, just a hot glue gun and some pennies.
“It really firms you up, I find.”
