Foxy Brown just loves getting into trouble. She might as well be dubbed as the music industry’s version of Naomi Campbell. Apart from the bench warrant issued for her arrest on Monday regarding charges of hitting a neighbor with her Blackberry last year, the rapper is also due in court today in Florida for the assault case that took place in a beauty salon. Someone definitely needs to get some anger management classes. What’s even more embarrassing about her bench warrant is that when a call to her attorney was made, he didn’tknow where Foxy was. Do we have a fugitive on our hands?

He’s not banned from India anymore. Sounds funny, huh? Well, it’s been nearly a year of facing charges for Richard Gere after he swept up and kissed Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty during an AIDS awareness event.
The charges have now been suspended. In the top court, India’s Chief Justice K.G. Balakrishnan and Justice R.V. Raveendran stayed the waarrent that was issued against him last April in Jaipur.

Amy Winehouse has reportedly made a suicide pact with her husband. The singer is set to be questioned by the police over husband Blake Fielder-Civil’s charges of assault and allegedly perverting the course of justice. She could face prison if she gets linked to the conspiracy to clear Blake. If she gets parted from her husband by a lengthy jail sentence, Wino has reportedly vowed to kill herself.A witness on Blake’s case was said to have been offered £200,000 to change his story. Since Blake is not a wealthy man, the finger points to Amy. The office of the singer’s accountant was searched last week so police could review all her transactions.

Late Monday night, a dazed and confused Britney Spears moaned to the paparazzi that she was scared ash she drove around in circles in LA. I guess she was scared of being deposed because she didn’t even show for it.
Sources are saying that KFed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is “going to seek court sanction against Miss Spears”. What does that mean for Brit? It means that if she misses her deposition whenever it’s rescheduled, she could be held in contempt of court and arrested. It’s obvious she has no respect for the law, why don’t you just arrest her now?! And to think that it was a court-ordered deposition too.

This time, though, it’s not the basketball court. Rodman is being sued in Las Vegas.
He is being sued by Sara Robinson, a former beverage manager at the Hard Rock Hotel. Her suit claims that the former basketball star assaulted her last year when he grabbed her, rubbing himself against her body and slapping her on the bottom.
According to the complaint, Robinson was working at the hotel’s Cuba Libre bar in March 2006. Rodman was a guest at the hotel and attempted to climb on top of the bar to get her attention.
It further alleges, “As Robinson stepped around the bar, Rodman grabbed her, pulled her towards him and rubbed his body against hers. Robinson tried to get free from Rodman’s grasp at which time he assaulted her by reaching down and slapping her open handed on the bottom.”
Robinson claims she filled out a voluntary statement giving all of the details of Rodman’s antics a month later, after another incident involving Rodman in the same bar. She says she was then fired and is not seeking unspecified damages.
Not only is Rodman accused of assault and battery, but she also accuses the Hard Rock Hotel of negligence for not protecting her from his “harrassing conduct”.
This is Rodman’s second lawsuit in Las Vegas, the first coming in 2001 when he was accused of rubbing dice on the head, chest, somach, and genitals of craps dealer James Brasich in an October 1997 game.
Maybe Sin City isn’t such a good place for Rodman…or maybe he just needs to keep his hands to himself.

Kevin Federline’s lawyers will be going to court tomorrow to argue that his ex-Britney Spears is violating the drug test orders. Brit is still using drugs. “Passing tests” happens to druggies’ everyday. Druggies know how to rid the drugs from their system before taking a test hence the reason she isn’t responding quick enough to take the tests. I can’t believe how foolish some of you fans are quick to say it is all KFeds fault, he is greedy, she isn’t using and such. You can look at her and tell she is using and as for mental illness….if you really know about MI, you will know codependence on drugs usually rides along with MI. If she wasn’t using drugs, the judge would had already given her back 50/50 custody and Kfed already tried to get her help both for mental and drugs along with her Moma and we all seen how that went. Those boys don’t need to see their mother in this condition right now. Anyone with a brain can see that.

Mere hours after appearing at the MTV Movie Awards, Paris Hilton surrendered herself to the police to begin her 23-day jail sentence. Two mug shots were released when only one was supposed to. Apparently, the one where she isn’t wearing the standard white jumper was the shot from her September DUI arrest.
The heiress managed to avoid paparazzi via a move that was devised by the sheriff. Hilton surrendered herself at a jail miles away from Lynnwood and was then driven there to avoid a scene.
Maybe that’s why she’s smiling in her mug shot. She didn’t get to project enough due to the lack of paparazzi during her surrender. At least it’s not like one of those completely butt-faced shots like Nick Nolte’s. She looks glamorous now, but I’m afraid to say that she won’t be allowed to wear the expensive make up or hair extensions. Sorry.
