DMX is probably the only convict I know with travel plans during the holiday season. But then again, his plans included going from one jail to the other. The rapper was originally detained at the Miami-Dade County Jail but DMX has since been extradited to Maricopa County Jail in Arizona. Earlier this month, FBI agents caught the rapper on an island off Miami Beach over a bench warrant issued for a missed court appearance. DMX also faces drug, identity theft and animal cruelty charges in Arizona and he’s facing the music in the desert now. It was said that the Arizona cops put an X in pink handcuffs as a belated birthday present for the rapper.

Surely for anyone to spend Christmas locked up in a cell in the confines of a jail is probably the worst way to spend Christmas and obviously there is nothing to celebrate about it too.

Earl Simmons, rapper DMX’s real name has been serving time at Miami-Dade County Jail after he was arrested for not appearing in court to face charges for drug possession, identity theft and animal cruelty.

He tried to act smart by evading court and now that he has been caught he has to shift from one jail to another. After enjoying life jail time Miami style he’s now off to may a far off desert jail in Arizona where may be night wolves would be offering him lessons on the consequences of animal cruelty.

Frankly can’t stop myself from speaking about the great nexus between these rappers and their crush with drug possession and other illegal occupations.

And I’m ALMOST getting tired of hearing about it. Is he that pathetic?
The rapper just failed to appear in a court in Arizona to face drug, identity theft, and animal cruelty charges.
Stupid!
So now there’s a warrant out for his arrest.
And the cash bond ain’t so kind either - a whopping $120,000.
It would have been a whole lot cheaper and easier if he just appeared in court!
Word on the street is that DMX is in rehab, but that’s still no excuse for the no-show.
If fact, that’s actually a pretty lame excuse!
And as if his career is any good right now, the 120k is a huge chunk of change if you ask me!

If you’re wondering just why DMX has that smartass smirk on his face in his newest mug shot, it’s because he knows we’re all trying to figure out just which one of the gazillion charges he’s facing this time around. It took a little while but I think I figured it out. The rapper was extradited from Florida recently where he finally pleaded guilty to drug charges just so he can go fight some more drug charges over in Arizona. He’s out one jail and is going back into another. Once all his cash bonds get paid, I’m pretty sure DMX will be back out on the road committing more crimes that should qualify him for a world record.

DMX has gotten his name out so many times because of his numerous arrests that even he doesn’t want to be himself anymore. Earl ‘DMX’ Simmons was busted last week for allegedly giving a false name and Social Security number to Scottsdale’s Mayo Clinic back in April. The rapper supposedly used the name ‘Troy Jones’ to weasel out of paying for $7,500 in medical expenses. He was arrested just outside of a Phoenix, Arizona mall on a felony charge of taking the identity of another and booked in the Maricopa County Jail. DMX has already been arrested 6 times in the span of 3 months.

DMX Loses His Dog House

Trouble really loves DMX. The rapper being in trouble is as much a way of life as the sun rising in the morning. It is being said that the rapper is about to lose a New York City townhouse because he wouldn’t shill for a line of dog clothes. After the rapper failed to fork over the $281,000 a judge says he owes a dog clothing company for refusing to take part in a promotional campaign in 2004, DMX is being forced to auction off his Fifth Avenue townhouse to come up with the cash. He was just arrested this past week for driving on a suspended license in Miami. It was his third arrest since May. Trouble really loves him.
