For once, someone gets arrested from Amy Winehouse’s place that isn’t Amy Winehouse. Police were called to the ‘Rehab’ singer’s London home on Tuesday after her friend Kristian Marr, a bassist in the British punk group Towers of London, broke in and crashed on the floor of her garage at 2AM. After being searched, Kristian, who has also been linked to Jude Law’s ex-wife Sadie Frost, was taken to the police station. If he’s the type of guy that Wino likes to hang out with then there’s no question as to why she still hasn’t gotten her act together. I’m really thinking that this is one hopeless case.

Blake Fielder-Civil is planning to leave Amy Winehouse for his mistress.

Blake - who is currently in London’s Pentonville Prison awaiting trial for grievous bodily harm (GBH) and perverting the course of justice - has reportedly proposed to his mystery new girlfriend and has told friends he wants a massive divorce settlement.

The 25-year-old has enjoyed a string of secret visits from the mystery blonde, who is friends with Amy, and on occasions has passed messages between the estranged pair.

Blake reportedly told his mistress: ‘Just say the word and I’ll dump Amy. I love you more than I could ever love my wife. You’re all that matters to me. I’ll leave Amy and we’ll be rich beyond our wildest dreams. But you have to marry me. Promise me you will and we can be happy.’

Despite having several furious rows with Amy over claims she is having an affair with her manager’s assistant Alex Haines, Blake has allegedly told his mistress: ‘If Amy has cheated on me, don’t worry – we’ll be millionaires.’

He is set to ask for a divorce settlement of at least $6 million - demanding $500,000 for each month of his year-long marriage – despite being jailed for almost half of it.

Blake has reportedly told his mother about his plan to divorce the ‘Rehab’ singer. Amy’s friends are hoping the revelations will persuade her to leave him for good. One friend said: ‘Now she knows Blake is cheating, she just might.’

Ex-wild child Kelly Osbourne has told of her ten year booze and drug hell that ended with her taking 100 pills a day.

Kelly, 23, admitted she was a drug addict by 13 and that only now – after three spells in rehab – is she finally clean.

The new face of TV’s Project Catwalk, also revealed mum Sharon saved her life by punching her to stop her falling into a drug-induced coma.

Kelly said: “All the voices in my head were telling me I was worthless.”

The friend said: “Kerry has been taking cocaine throughout this pregnancy. I know because I have seen her taking it. It is so sad but she is addicted and in denial. She is spending more than $200 a day on coke. Her friends have tried to tell her the harm she is doing to herself but she just won’t listen.”

Even more worrying is the effect her drug habit could have on the baby, a boy, due in May.

Model Katie Price, a.k.a Jordan, tells of her guilt and fear after she took illegal drugs behind husband Peter Andre’s back. The superstar model sensationally admitted the furtive binge made her heart race so fast she panicked and had to own up to Peter, sobbing: “I think I’m dying!”

Brad, age 25, was found dead in Los Angeles at an apartment where he spent the night with friends after partying and drinking. No word yet on an official cause of death; rumors abound about possible drug overdose, due mainly to Brad’s previous problems with substance abuse.

Sources say that friends heard him snoring throughout the night but then found him not breathing in the morning. They called 911, and Brad was pronounced dead at the scene around 9 a.m. Tuesday by responders.

A former bodyguard for Lindsay Lohan is suing American Media, the parent company of Star Magazine, for mistakenly publishing his photo in an article in which a Lohan bodyguard blabs about her crazy moments.

An article was published in June and says, “The drugs, the guns, the wild sex, and the cutting - the man who witnessed it all reveals Lindsay Lohan’s darkest moments.” It lists the beans-spiller as a man named Lee Weaver.

The name is right - it was the photo that was wrong. Instead of printing a pic of Weaver, they printed one of former bodyguard Andrae Renard. Renard is now suing them, saying they damaged his career as a bodyguard due to their “libelous use of his photograph”. He also says he’s been “banned from entering certain elite Hollywood nightclubs”.

Star says they printed a retraction and removed the article from their website as soon as they learned of the mistake. Renard still asked for a reported million dollars because of the mistake.

Hmm, he can’t get into a night club? Well, heck yeah, he deserves the money. Heaven forbid they cost him his fun!

Looks like she’s gonna need some cheese to go with that. Unfortunately, though, it appears she’ll be eating it alone.

Amy’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil was denied bond Friday. He is charged with assault and tampering with witnesses in connection with that charge. He’ll be spending Christmas and New Years alone in jail as he awaits his January 18 hearing. The judge has stated a probable early June date if it goes to trial.

Amy arrived at the courthouse around 10:40 a.m. and waiting in the courtroom for her husband to arrive. When he came in at 11 a.m., he smiled and winked at his wife, mouthing, “I love you.” She sat with his younger brother, his mother, and a “family friend”.

The judge agreed to hear arguments in his chambers after complaints of the “intense scrutiny from the press”. The proceedings lasted about an hour and a half. When they returned to the courtroom for the decision around 12:30, the judge announced that the request for bail was denied.

Fielder-Civil held his hand up to his ear like a phone and mouthed to Amy, “I’ll call you.” She responded by waving and blowing kisses.

She quickly left the courthouse and refused to comment to any members of the press.
Her husband as for bail, but the judge said, “No, no, no!”

After having an ambulance show up at her home on Tuesday, Amy Winehouse went back to work on Wednesday. Amidst fears that she would cancel her show due to what’s been going on with her life lately, Wino pretty much showed that the show must go on.The singer performed at the NIA in Birmingham which was the first stop on her month-long UK tour. However, people are thinking that maybe she should have taken a break. The show was a disaster!

Concert goers say that Wino was terrible, obviously drunk and made rambling references to her husband. She cussed out and threatened fans which had a lot of them walking out.

The mystery has been revealed as to what caused the positive result on Britney Spears’ drug test. Her lawyer has a lot of explaining to do as it has been revealed that Brit’s drug test was positive for some kind of amphetamine.

For the clueless, an amphetamine can be cocaine, crack, meth, speed and whatever else. Someone from the pop wreck’s camp first tried to cover it up by saying that it may be Provigil but we all found out that they have different make ups and that Provigil would not show up on a drug test unless they were looking for it specifically.
Now someone is saying that it’s an asthma drug called Albuterol. But then again, it’s still not an amphetamine. Whoever is speaking in her behalf, just shut up! An emergency hearing is set to go down today. Oh trouble!

Blake was arrested on Thursday, mere days before he went to trial for assault after he beat up a bartender. He will be held in jail until November 26

Kevin Federline’s lawyers will be going to court tomorrow to argue that his ex-Britney Spears is violating the drug test orders. Brit is still using drugs. “Passing tests” happens to druggies’ everyday. Druggies know how to rid the drugs from their system before taking a test hence the reason she isn’t responding quick enough to take the tests. I can’t believe how foolish some of you fans are quick to say it is all KFeds fault, he is greedy, she isn’t using and such. You can look at her and tell she is using and as for mental illness….if you really know about MI, you will know codependence on drugs usually rides along with MI. If she wasn’t using drugs, the judge would had already given her back 50/50 custody and Kfed already tried to get her help both for mental and drugs along with her Moma and we all seen how that went. 24 star Kiefer Sutherland blames fans for his jail sentence for driving under the influence, and is refusing to sign anymore autographs. The actor will spend Christmas behind bars after being sentenced to 48 days behind bars, following his arrest in September. It could be possible that he is reacting to bad news and said something out of character. In a case like this, where you will be spending some time in jail, probably detoxing in the process, anybody would be likely to lash out and blame others, it is a normal human behavior and most celebrities are not celebrated for their common sense, grace under pressure, or normal view on life. Besides it could have been taken out of context or never said. Comment not to demish his personal responsibility, you drink and drive as much as he probably has, you accept the risks, you had one free one, now it is jail time, which he of course deserves, as any one of use would get some time in the stripped home for our second DUI.

Actress Melanie Griffith insists her past addiction to drugs and alcohol was hereditary. The 50-year-old began taking cocaine and binge drinking as a teenager - but Griffith believes she was only tempted because of her genes. I am sure a lot does have to do with heredity - I know of a grandfather - his son and his grandson - all that died of fatal car accidents and all were drinking - very sad - BUT there is a thing called accountability and don’t start drinking if you THINK it is hereditary. I take it solely upon me that I have not been able to quit smoking in all the years that I have trying to quit it. So Mel you need to be stubborn to the extent of saying either I die today of alcohol consumption or live to die another day with it. I think I’d have a fag now.

Lindsay Lohan is refusing to quit acting after a disastrous year dominated by two driving under the influence arrests and three spells in rehab - insisting, “I’m here to stay”. The Mean Girls star, 21, insists she “hit rock bottom” after her final stint, in a rehab clinic in Utah - and has been slowly regaining the strength to make a comeback. Yeah yeah, like we have heard this thing from her before, she is repeating her own words time and time gain, she says she hit rock bottom during that drug over dose, or after smashing her car on the high way or whatever she feels would be a good excuse to say that was the bottom point and from there on she took Viagra pills to gain strength to make a come back. What do these stars think that we people are, if she is mad and lost that doesn’t mean that we are like here, our sense are working full time and in a clinical fashion. We know she is trying to fool us and we are not having any of it. She’s here to stay. That’s unfortunate

She does feel like the world should and does revolve around her, and it’s such a selfish outlook to take when their is billions of other people living in this world and she made two of them. She should care how she is raising those kids and how her choice that she makes now will affect those kids in the future. Not everything is about her, and If she really did care so greatly for them she would do what ever it takes to get them back. I know that a parent who really cares for their child would walk through fire if they had to, travel to the ends of the earth and beyond. Having someone give you advice on perhaps someway to take care of your kids better is such a minor thing, and to avoid the judges ruling is not going to be over looked. She needs to get her priorities straightened out. She is becoming such a waste. I can’t believe anyone would want to be her fan still.

Things might be looking up for Britney Spears because she has finally reunited with her mother. I think the reason Britney resented her mom is because mama was right about everything. Told her not to marry Kevin, wait before you have kids, stop going out every night before you lose the kids, go to rehab, get off drugs etc… For a know it all like Britney, I bet that burned her ass. It’s her mama who is gonna help her get out of the gutter, not her druggie friends. People reports that Britney and a friend drove to a DMV office in Van Nuys, California to file for her California driver’s license. She filled out some paperwork and took a written exam but did not take a behind-the-wheel test. Come on people! This is Britney we’re talking about. You know she needs it.

Sure, she may have been driving around California for years but look at what she’s done over those years.

Las Vegas entertainer Jeff Beacher is urging rockers Tommy Lee and Kid Rock to settle their differences in a boxing ring - for a $1 million prize. $1 million is far too much for these guy just to have them fight it in the ring, they are not worth the money. Jeff is as stupid as these two are and he’s just wasting his effort he if thinks that his idea can make a business deal for him.

There exists something we all call self medication but these celebrities like to go the rehabs these days to show that they want to get clean. You don’t wake up one fine morning and say ‘you know what, I think I’ll go do drugs and embarrass myself coz no one’s writing and talking about me despite my life being so happening, wonderful and so perfect. I think the point of Jodie’s comments were that a lot of the trouble and problems that Lindsay originally got into were a direct result of her parents not putting ANY boundaries on her. She was allowed to sleep with men 3x her age, party at all hours of the night, even allowed to drink - all at the age of 14+. Any mother (or father for that matter), who would allow their child that kind of leniency is an idiot. Especially to then come out and say it’s not their fault. It dam sure is your fault! Try some discipline; try NOT partying with your kids and setting a mature and decent example. Lindsay’s behavior is exactly what she learned growing up.

Jodie Foster takes a direct stab at Dina Lohan’s parenting skills by asking the blunt question “where is her mother?” But you’ve got to give it to Jodie, while it’s really not her business, she’s totally right. But isn’t there something that tell you that Hollywood is finally taking a stand and commenting on its troubled members and co-stars. It’s her troubles that keep her famous. And it’s a planned thing by Lohan to stay in the news she has do keep doing something worth reporting and henceforth remain a celebrity. So what will happen to her after rehab? Hopefully she’ll go away and realize how obnoxious she is.

Owen Wilson’s parents and brothers were seen at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Sunday night amid reports Wilson was hospitalized. Santa Monica police issued a statement saying officers responded to a “medical assistance call” at a house on Wilson’s street shortly after noon Sunday. A source confirmed the house was Wilson’s. So the star could have some over dose of ecstasy pills or something similar (I am currently being totally speculative and therefore my judgement could be wrong) but there is no other way a healthy person could be admitted to hospital under circumstances where there is a “medical assistance call” from the actors home. Now I do not think there need be a clarification from my side as to what is a medical assistance call. He’s losing his way and soon could be in a rehab and at that time the paparazzi and gossip mags will be out in their numbers telling their version of the story.

Britney Spears is being investigated by an animal charity after her dog was recently seen wearing a cast. The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) arrived at Britney’s Los Angeles home on Saturday to ensure the animal is receiving adequate medical attention. She does not take care of herself or her sons, why would she take car of a dog. Brit is just trailer trash. She happens to have some money, but that does not clean you up. More than being investigated by animal rights activist or other groups she needs to be thoroughly checked by highly qualified medics for the mental stability and other problems that have plagued her for many months now but nothing seems to be happening on that front. Who ever is her manager or rep needs to take her in confidence and put her in a rehab. In the past 2-3months she been in the news so much but none for anything we’d like to associate her with, divorce, swimming pool scandal, not being able to take care of her kids due to which Kevin has filed for the custody of the kids and lots more. She is just news to print read and forget.

Nicole Richie picked a really good day to go jail. With Hollywood preoccupied with Lindsay Lohan’s legal escapades, the pregnant Simple Life star slipped into—and quickly out of—a Los Angeles-area lockup Thursday afternoon, serving exactly 82 minutes of what was supposed to be a four-day sentence. This is just utterly crazy. Freed after only 82 mins…did she actually see the inside of a jail cell or did they just make her stand in line for her jail outfits before cutting her lose. What kinda lesson is learned here? That if you are rich enough and “famous” enough that you skate through life. It’s a crazy world when you drive drunk and high on whatever controlled substance you choose to take and the judge just gives you a nice pat on the head and tells you not to do it again. Maybe its time to reconsider our judicial system because obviously something is not right. If my chosen profession was a judge, I would be so embarrassed on what a mockery these brats of Hollywood have made my profession.
