Britney Spears has ordered a customized six-foot tall bunny from a Los Angeles store. The mother-of-two – who became an auntie for the first time last week after her teenage sister Jamie Lynn gave birth to a baby girl, Maddie Briann – splashed out $600 on baby accessories at exclusive boutique Petit Tresor, including several ‘Bunsies’ by Bunnies by the Bay.
As she left the store, Britney is believed to have requested a special one-off rabbit toy, but refused to elaborate on who it was for.
Earlier this year, it was claimed Britney had ordered a six-foot tall elephant for Jamie Lynn’s nursery.
The troubled singer - who has two sons, Sean Preston, two, and 21-month-old Jayden James with ex-husband Kevin Federline - reportedly spent more than $30,000 on her future niece.
A source close to the star said: “Petit Tresor is designing the nursery for Jamie Lynn’s baby. Britney is picking up the tab. She also ordered a custom made, six-foot tall elephant with a blue bow which she wants to sit in the middle of the nursery.”

Yeah, as long as she didn’t take lessons from her big sister.
Jamie Lynn Spears recently welcomed Maddie Briann to the world. Family members are geared up to help. Cousin Margie Busby said, “She’s awfully young to be a momma. But that’s what they make grandmothers for. They have to help. That’s the way it is with our circle of friends.”
A friend of the family also says, “We’re so excited for her. She’ll be a great mom. She’ll be awesome.”

Britney Spears needs her father’s permission to return to her hometown.
The troubled singer, who went to Kentwood, Louisiana, recently for her younger sister Jamie Lynn’s baby shower, had to ask her dad Jamie if she was allowed to make the trip.
A friend of the star said: ‘He has to give her permission to travel, and the money to do it. It’s not that he doesn’t want her there for her little sister. It’s just that he thinks it’s best to keep Britney close to home right now.”
The friend also revealed Britney - who hadn’t visited Kentwood for 16 months before the shower - is planning a second trip after promising Jamie Lynn she would be there for the birth of her baby.
The source added: “At the baby shower, she told her little sister she wanted to be there for her the entire time. I’m not sure how Casey is going to feel about that. But Jamie Lynn seems pretty excited.”
Britney’s father Jamie is currently co-conservator of her estate, meaning he has control of her business and personal affairs. Jamie Lynn and boyfriend Casey Aldridge are expecting their first baby on June 29.
