Talking about his new venture the former dancer says, “I’m trying to take it seriously and make a quality product for kids but not have parents pay like $500 or something ridiculous for a pair of jeans. You buy your kids a pair of True Religions then they roll around in the dirt like kids do and a $200 pair of jeans is gone. With this economy, I’m looking to do something much more reasonable.”

Gee man surely in these crunch times Kevin has started feeling the heat of buying things for his two sons and therefore he has now learn that raising children is not a matter of playing in the park. Yes, of course he would be receiving money from Britney Spears as part of support for the kids education and all but then he has to learn his own living as well.

Better late than never!

On her 32nd birthday, Shar Jackson threw a wonderful birthday party for her friends. The celebration was arranged at Blush Nightclub in Las Vegas.

The extensive guest list also included Jackson’s ex Kevin Federline among scores of other celebrities and friends. He was there to celebrate her big day and he took the opportunity and even took over the mic to publicly wish her a happy birthday.

Before the start of the party, when asked about Kevin’s presence, Shar Jackson replied, “We were friends before we were a couple and we’re always going to be friends. We have two amazing kids together. Kevin is my boy.”

When asked by the press, if there is any possibility of the two getting together again, Jackson replied, “We have passed that stage.”

Despite an attempt to settle out of court, Britney Spears and Kevin Federline are apparently going to have to go through a custody battle.

They spent the day with a mediator, but Kevin’s lawyer says, “The mediation didn’t result in an agreement that would avoid the trial set in August…The mood was comfortable, positive, and it was a mood that was consistent with opening at least a great dialogue, which is necessary.”  He says K-Fed wants complete custody of their two sons and wants Britney to maintain her visitation.

Britney obviously wants more, but many say that the fact she is under conservatorship would make it hard for her to get custody of her boys.  If she can’t make her own decisions, how can she make decisions for her boys.

Britney Spears had to cancel a family party with her sons this weekend.

The troubled singer planned to host a pool party during a visit with her sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, but bad weather spoiled the feast.

A source said: “She started setting up around 1pm for what was intended to be an all-out bash.”

Britney’s dad Jamie, who is a trained cook, had planned a barbecue by the pool for the entire Spears family, but the arrangements had to be canceled when it began to rain and temperatures dropped.

Shortly after 5pm, Britney’s sons returned home to their father Kevin Federline and Jamie also returned to his house as their day drew to a close.

The singer was stripped of visitation rights to two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James in January after she was ruled to be a danger to herself and the children. In February, the ruling was amended to allow occasional supervised visits with her sons, and a further hearing earlier this month saw her permitted to spend more time with them.

Britney Spears’ recent troubles have reportedly cost her nearly $61 million.

The ‘Toxic’ singer’s father Jamie, who is also co-conservator of her estate, made the shocking discovery after examining Britney’s accounts.

A source close to the Spears family said: “It’s staggering how much money has been used up since February 2007.”

Britney – who lost custody of her two children to ex-husband Kevin Federline before being admitted to a psychiatric ward earlier this year – has been forced to spend huge amounts on legal bills and psychiatric care.

Independent accountant Robert Bianchi – who is not involved in the Spears care – also estimates the 26-year-old singer lost out on a staggering $50 million by not touring to promote her most recent record ‘Blackout’.

However, thanks to her father’s stringent controls of her purse strings, Britney is said to now be back on track. The source added: “It’s been quite a challenge getting things under control. But now she’s spending about a fifth of what she used to.”

Moby recently said he thought most of Britney’s problems – which involve losing custody of her two children after refusing to return them to ex-husband Kevin Federline – are down to the fact she was a child star.

He said: “She became an international icon aged 16. In a weird way she’s challenging people, but it’s breaking my heart because ultimately she’s not doing things on a symbolic level. Cutting your hair off is symbolic. Losing your children and becoming a drug addict is not.”

Kevin Federline looks like he’s finally ready to start working for a living. He is reportedly interested in taking over his favorite Mexican restaurant and wants to go into business with his former father-in-law. No, we don’t make this stuff up. Jamie Spears used to dabble in the restaurant biz before but his last attempt went up in flames. Now that Jamie is signing all of Britney’s checks, his recovering daughter is reportedly expected to bankroll the unconventional partnership. Maybe Jamie’s just keeping his eye on KFed so Britney can retain constant contact with the kids. Or maybe there’s really just more to KFed that we still don’t know about.

Kevin Federline headed out to play some golf on Friday near his home in Tarzana, California. His golf partner? None other than Jamie Spears, father of Kevin’s ex-wife/baby momma Britney. The two have grown closer as they have worked together to allow Britney to have access to the couple’s sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Late Monday night, a dazed and confused Britney Spears moaned to the paparazzi that she was scared ash she drove around in circles in LA. I guess she was scared of being deposed because she didn’t even show for it.

Sources are saying that KFed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is “going to seek court sanction against Miss Spears”. What does that mean for Brit? It means that if she misses her deposition whenever it’s rescheduled, she could be held in contempt of court and arrested. It’s obvious she has no respect for the law, why don’t you just arrest her now?! And to think that it was a court-ordered deposition too.

Maybe she’s decided to sell off some of her things on Ebay to pay for the lighter she snatched. Or maybe someone else is just out to makesome money off of her. Either way…

one thing is for sure, Britney Spears’ merchandise SELLS! So what if everyone thinks she’s looney – she can still pack in some dough, even if not from album sales.

Kevin Federline’s lawyers will be going to court tomorrow to argue that his ex-Britney Spears is violating the drug test orders. Brit is still using drugs. “Passing tests” happens to druggies’ everyday. Druggies know how to rid the drugs from their system before taking a test hence the reason she isn’t responding quick enough to take the tests. I can’t believe how foolish some of you fans are quick to say it is all KFeds fault, he is greedy, she isn’t using and such. You can look at her and tell she is using and as for mental illness….if you really know about MI, you will know codependence on drugs usually rides along with MI. If she wasn’t using drugs, the judge would had already given her back 50/50 custody and Kfed already tried to get her help both for mental and drugs along with her Moma and we all seen how that went. Those boys don’t need to see their mother in this condition right now. Anyone with a brain can see that.
