Scarlett Johansson had a sit down with Spin magazine for their new issue and in the interview, she was asked about her upcoming debut album – in which her reply contains a pretty good diss on some of today’s most stupid singers. Scarlett says “I have no relationship with either [Lindsay Lohan or Paris Hilton], even as far as my lifestyle or the music I listen to. They probably made music that fits with their lifestyle - ‘Wouldn’t it be great if I were dancing to my own song in ‘da club’? But my album is more suited to my lifestyle. I live a very low-key life.”

It seems that Karina Smirnoff from Dancing with the Stars might have more than one Mario rocking her world after all. Lately, she’s been publicly dating her former DWTS partner Mario Lopez.

Recently there have been rumors that she’s been stepping around with her current star Mario. She was spotted at the Four Seasons in Los Angeles with him recently. A source says, “They were making out by the valet with their hands all over each other, and he was whispering in her ear. It was around midnight, so there weren’t many people around.” They left together in the same car.

Reps for DWTS and Mario Lopez haven’t commented yet, but Karina’s rep says it didn’t happen and that they only have a “professional working relationship.”

Umm, aren’t you rushing to get that Playboy? Well, wrong place, buddy. She’ll appear topless and gray haired in celebration of her 50th birthday on the cover of AARP magazine.

Jamie Lee says she’s doing it to show women that you can age gracefully if you just take care of your body. If you remember (but who really does) she pulled similar stunt by appearing sans makeup and in a sports bra and briefs with no touch ups in More Magazine in 2002. She says it is to show people that “glam isn’t real but good health is.”

Lindsay Lohan may have blown a big payday courtesy of her feud with Paris Hilton.

Li-Lo was presenting a fashion show before reportedly storming out halfway through after discovering Paris’ handbag range was one of its sponsors. Angry organisers were so incensed by her hissy fit, they are refusing to stump up her reported $35,000 fee she was set to receive for just two hours work.

The cheeky scamp riled them further more by swiping a free goodie bag containing an array of expensive items on her way out.

Unfortunately for Li-Lo, her disappearing act was quickly forgotten when Paris later rolled up with boyfriend Benji Madden, and stole the show.

Party organiser Claus Hjelmbak said: “I’m grossly disappointed in Lindsay for not fulfilling her contractual duties. But Paris truly saved the night. She was very gracious to everyone - and was the life of the party.”

The Hollywood party girls’ feud has been going on for years but was reignited recently when Paris banned Lindsay from attending any of her high-profile birthday bashes.

Madonna isn’t worried about her younger rivals - because she can still kick their “a***s”.

The ‘Material Girl’ singer - who turns 50 in August - doesn’t feel threatened by pop stars who are half her age because she enjoys competition.

She said: “Getting older is an advantage in terms that you’ve got a lot more experience and you tend to not make the same mistakes. And you feel a bit wiser and less impulsive. It’s great to feel experienced. But I also work with people who are half my age, so I feel like I have to work even harder to keep up with everybody. but the fact of the matter is I can kick all of their a***s! I guess I’m OK for now. It does keep the flame under my foot, though.”

The mother-of-three - who released her debut album, ‘Madonna’, in 1982 - also revealed she barely recognises herself in old publicity shots.

She added: “Sometimes, I see a picture of me and I really remember that moment - and it brings back memories, very specific memories. And other photographs that I see, I just think - who’s that? I don’t know that girl! I don’t regret any of it, but I do sometimes think, ‘Oh God, what was I thinking? Why did I wear that, why did I do that?’ All kinds of things.”

Someone who claimed to be a doctor called 911 Saturday to say that a woman at Heather Locklear’s house in L.A. was suicidal. The man said he wanted someone to go check on her.

Two calls were made around 8 p.m., and police and paramedics went to the home. They were there less than an hour and left, saying that no one at the home seemed to be in any sort of danger.

No word yet on who the caller was.

It’s a hard life.

Despite an impressive filmography, tonnes of cash and gorgeous looks – Lindsay Lohan is worried she is already a Hollywood burnout at the tender age of 21.

In a frank interview with Paper magazine, the actress blamed her flirtation with drugs on her stressful job and revealed she’s desperate for employment again.

Defending last year’s hard-partying spell, she said: “I had a lot going on in my life and that was a way of hiding from it. I had a lot of work stress because I was constantly working and never took time to stop. Everything was go-go-go and the easiest thing was to run away from it, going out and drinking at night. You know, you don’t have to think when you let go sometimes. But I didn’t realize it was getting in the way of my work - what I’ve worked for my whole life.”

But her stint in rehab clearly gave her a reality check.

The Mean Girls star said: “I was so used to working and working and working, and for a good few months there was nothing for me to do. Now I know what it’s like to be an out-of-work actor and how much it scares me.”

Lindsay Lohan has turned her back on some of her friends in a bid to stay sober. The ‘Mean Girls’ actress, who left Utah’s Cirque Lodge rehab clinic six months ago, has had to turn her back on all aspects of her partying lifestyle, including some of her former pals.

She said: “There are friends that have been hard to hang out with because they’ve gone down a different path. But it’s really hard because I’m the kind of person who wants to trust everyone.”

Lindsay also spoke about other troubled stars including Amy Winehouse and Britney Spears who have also experienced problems with drugs or alcohol.

She said, “I think lots of people go through dark times, but it’s even harder with everyone watching. It’s a lot of pressure and I really feel for them, but I can’t compare myself to them. Everyone is their own person and they will overcome it in their own ways.”

Singer Sheryl Crow has slammed the media for prying into one of the most devastating periods of her life, and the people who bought the tabloid reports for entertainment.

The 45-year-old was diagnosed with breast cancer in February 2006 just days after ending her three-year relationship with fellow cancer sufferer and cyclist Lance Armstrong.

And the star believes the events sparked an ever-present paparazzi frenzy that put a strain on her recovery.

She says, “Having 100 paparazzi outside my gate at all times because of the terrible things that were happening, it really spoke to me about who we are. If this is what makes people want to buy magazines - someone at their absolute lowest - that is a very sad message. I found the whole experience was very difficult. I went from being linked with one of the most famous cancer survivors to then begin diagnosed with cancer.”

Well, maybe not in person, but Barbara Walters brought her up. Seems Brit’s pal Sam Lufti called Wa-Wa to dish about his friend.

Barbara recalled part of her conversation with Sam, “She’s (Britney) been to a psychiatrist. She, I assume, is starting some kind of treatment.” According to Sam, Britney Spears has been suffering from mood swings and an inability to sleep. However, she is back in contact with her mother after some time estranged.

Whoopi probably said it best, “I think this girl has worked and worked and worked - and she is burnt out.”

Daniel Day-Lewis won the Screen Actors Guild award for outstanding male actor in There Will Be Blood. While accepting the award, he paid tribute to Heath Ledger.

He said that Heath was “an inspiration” and “unique”. Daniel said, “Of course, in Brokeback Mountain he was unique. He was perfect. And that scene in the trailer at the end of the film was as moving as anything I’ve ever seen.”

Later, he was asked why he chose to dedicate his award to Heath. Daniel’s response was, “I suppose that’s all I’ve been thinking about for the last few days. I never met him. I thought he was beautiful. I just have a very strong feeling that I would have liked him very much as a man…I admired him very much.”

We all have that one friend who always gets far too drunk at parties and make you spend the rest of the night trying to lose them. They normally fall into people’s drinks, get you and your pals into fights and generally act like an idiot. Everyone has one - even supermodel Kate Moss.

Jamiroqaui star Jay Kay made a total fool of himself at Kate’s 34th birthday bash on Wednesday night. The boozy star became such a nuisance at Soho’s Punk nightclub that Kate’s pals hatched a plan to shake him off.

A source said, “It was an intimate bash but Jay Kay was in a right state and behaving like a right c**k. Everyone went to The Dorchester after the club and Jay Kay tagged along. At about 8am, Kate took some mates to her new house - but they all pretended they were going to their own houses. Jay Kay stayed at the hotel while the rest of them were at Kate’s carrying on the party. It worked a treat.”

Amy Winehouse has reportedly made a suicide pact with her husband. The singer is set to be questioned by the police over husband Blake Fielder-Civil’s charges of assault and allegedly perverting the course of justice. She could face prison if she gets linked to the conspiracy to clear Blake. If she gets parted from her husband by a lengthy jail sentence, Wino has reportedly vowed to kill herself.A witness on Blake’s case was said to have been offered £200,000 to change his story. Since Blake is not a wealthy man, the finger points to Amy. The office of the singer’s accountant was searched last week so police could review all her transactions.

Wasn’t she just gushing about how much in love she was? And wasn’t she just in talks about a reality show following the newlyweds?

Well, it may be newly UNweds soon if Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon don’t correct their “irreconcilable differences”. Pam filed for divorce Friday in L.A., after a mere 2 months of marriage.

However, a posting today on her website said that they were “working on it”. And the couple was spotted out shopping together today in Maliby. So, maybe there’s hope after all. But geez, no one is perfectly happy in the first 2 months…you can’t go running around filing for divorce every time he makes you cry.

I still say she’ll never get over her first love - Tommy Lee.

Despite rumors of Tony having an affair, the couple is putting on a united front.Last week, French model Alexandra Paressant announced that she had an affair with Tony Parker, husband of Eva Longoria. The couple has jointly denied those rumors of infidelity.

Tony says, “I love my wife. She’s the best thing in my life, and I have never been happier.”

They continued to appear in public together, attending a Lakers/Spurs game in L.A. on Thursday. They exited a plane in Texas last Friday night, holding hands and kissing. Sources say they continue to be playful and affectionate with each other.

I find it really cheesy when a singer sings about their current flame. It’s even cheesier when that current flame hasn’t even lasted a week yet. So grab your earplugs kids because Lindsay Lohan is doing just that when it comes to her making a new album.The now sober 21-year old was at Hollywood hot spot Goa on Sunday and a source says that she introduced a new guy to her pals as her boyfriend Spencer. He happens to be the same guy that she was caught kissing at Il Sole last week. But you all know how Lindsay’s relationships go. I doubt he’d even make it to the New Year.

Victoria Beckham is slowly building her name as a fashion icon but she has some really weird picks for the styles that she loves. She actually told the Mirror that she loves Amy Winehouse’s style! If it’s good enough for Chanel, it’s definitely good enough for Posh.

“She has a real sense of style that I just love. She’s very much a fashion icon and I adore what she wears. She’s so unique and original. I’ve never met her but I just love her music - I’ve always got it on at home with David and the children. She’s an amazing singer.”

Maybe the pretty princess really DOES care about people besides herself. At least she seemed to be doing just that during a freak accident at a Miami nightclub.

Here’s the scoop - Paris Hilton was partying at Cameo in Miami. A crowd rushed the stage suddenly, trampling and injuring a nightclub entertainer who was dressed as one of the Oompa-Loomps characters from the “Willie Wonka” movies. The performer, Robin Sherwood, ended up with a very bad cut to the leg.

Paris actually knew him - she had worked with him in the past and had actually tried to help him fight to receive a needed kidney transplant. When she realized he was hurt, the heiress hurried to Sherwood’s side and stayed there until emergency personnel arrived to care for him.

One source says, “Paris was great. She was there until he was turned over to the medical technicians.”

Wow - I, for one, am stunned. Next thing we know, she’ll be battling Brangelina for “Humanitarian of the Year”.

Suri Cruise is such a little princess. And she’s also inherited her parents’ fondness for jet-setting. The Cruise family has been all over the world in the past week, making stops in Italy, London and Los Angeles.

The first thing that they did when they got home was prove how much Suri loves the Spice Girls. The Cruise clan sat with David Beckham and his sons at the Spice Girls concert in LA on Wednesday. It seems like they had a great time there.

I’m wondering about something though. When did Suri stop looking like an alien and start looking cute?

Is there no end to the saga that began when photos of Jennifer Love Hewitt’s flabby backside surfaced on the internet? She issued her rebuttal to the unkind remarks by writing in her blog on her website. I thought that would be the end of it, but no…now other celebs are coming out of the woodwork in her defense.

People magazine features a story in their Friday issue that talks about the issues behind the whole fiasco. In this story, they share comments from several female celebrities.

Model Petra Nemcova says, “There are different angles that everybody, even if you’re in great shae, can look bad in a photograph. And printing these images is definitely influencing people’s minds - the stars themselves, but also the people who are reading and looking at the images, the teenagers. It’s definitely good that she spoke out.”

Rosario Dawson commented, “We’re not really in the Twiggy era anymore. It makes me really nervous, because I don’t know how in the world we’re supposed to be that thin unless we’re totally starving or drugging up.”

Hewitt is trying to simply get on with her life. she went on a trip to Disneyland this week with her fiance Ross McCall and some friends.

A former bodyguard for Lindsay Lohan is suing American Media, the parent company of Star Magazine, for mistakenly publishing his photo in an article in which a Lohan bodyguard blabs about her crazy moments.

An article was published in June and says, “The drugs, the guns, the wild sex, and the cutting - the man who witnessed it all reveals Lindsay Lohan’s darkest moments.” It lists the beans-spiller as a man named Lee Weaver.

The name is right - it was the photo that was wrong. Instead of printing a pic of Weaver, they printed one of former bodyguard Andrae Renard. Renard is now suing them, saying they damaged his career as a bodyguard due to their “libelous use of his photograph”. He also says he’s been “banned from entering certain elite Hollywood nightclubs”.

Star says they printed a retraction and removed the article from their website as soon as they learned of the mistake. Renard still asked for a reported million dollars because of the mistake.

Hmm, he can’t get into a night club? Well, heck yeah, he deserves the money. Heaven forbid they cost him his fun!

It was just a day ago that Helio Castroneves was names the newest winner of Dancing with the Stars. Now, word has it that he and his fiancee Aliette Vazquez have separated.

He gave an exclusive statement to People Magazine, saying, “I can confirm that Aliette Vasquez and I have called off our engagement and are no longer together.” He also stated that he would like his private life to remain just that for now - private.

This isn’t the first wedding date change for Castroneves. He and Vazquez had already postponed it once earlier in the season. His explanation, “Everything is happening so quick. The championship is over, the dancing started, and basically, I was like, ‘Ali, let’s take it easy. Otherwise we will be divorces before we get married!’”

Now, this would seem like a normal, everyday occurance in Hollywood. Strange thing is, though, he isn’t the first member of the Dancing with the Stars crew to break off an engagement this season. In May, professional dancer Julianne Hough postponed her wedding to fellow dancer Zach Wilson. Why is this strange? In case you’ve been living under a rock, Hough was Castroneves’ partner for the show.

Hmm….sounds fishy to me….

Looks like she’s gonna need some cheese to go with that. Unfortunately, though, it appears she’ll be eating it alone.

Amy’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil was denied bond Friday. He is charged with assault and tampering with witnesses in connection with that charge. He’ll be spending Christmas and New Years alone in jail as he awaits his January 18 hearing. The judge has stated a probable early June date if it goes to trial.

Amy arrived at the courthouse around 10:40 a.m. and waiting in the courtroom for her husband to arrive. When he came in at 11 a.m., he smiled and winked at his wife, mouthing, “I love you.” She sat with his younger brother, his mother, and a “family friend”.

The judge agreed to hear arguments in his chambers after complaints of the “intense scrutiny from the press”. The proceedings lasted about an hour and a half. When they returned to the courtroom for the decision around 12:30, the judge announced that the request for bail was denied.

Fielder-Civil held his hand up to his ear like a phone and mouthed to Amy, “I’ll call you.” She responded by waving and blowing kisses.

She quickly left the courthouse and refused to comment to any members of the press.
Her husband as for bail, but the judge said, “No, no, no!”

The pop wreck that is known as Britney Spears was seen at Petco over the weekend. Seeing as her Thanksgiving plans are still unknown, a reporter took the liberty to ask her if she was going to take up Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus’ offer to join them on Turkey day.

Earlier this past week, In Touch reported that Billy Ray invited Britney to dinner with his family because his family cares and that Miley, who happens to be a big fan, wants to reach out to Brit.

As for her answer, Britney said yes. Can you just imagine the conversation at the table? But even though she confirmed attending, do consider her track record. Miley might as well start passing the yams already.

The mystery has been revealed as to what caused the positive result on Britney Spears’ drug test. Her lawyer has a lot of explaining to do as it has been revealed that Brit’s drug test was positive for some kind of amphetamine.

For the clueless, an amphetamine can be cocaine, crack, meth, speed and whatever else. Someone from the pop wreck’s camp first tried to cover it up by saying that it may be Provigil but we all found out that they have different make ups and that Provigil would not show up on a drug test unless they were looking for it specifically.
Now someone is saying that it’s an asthma drug called Albuterol. But then again, it’s still not an amphetamine. Whoever is speaking in her behalf, just shut up! An emergency hearing is set to go down today. Oh trouble!

That would be the sound of champagne corks popping over at Court TV. A Las Vegas judge ruled Wednesday that prosecutors have enough evidence to take O.J. Simpson and two alleged accomplices to trial on charges of robbing two sports memorabilia collectors at gunpoint in a Las Vegas hotel room. I hope they finally fry his ***! I also would like to know how that jury sleeps at night. Their excuses for acquitting him was inexcusable, and for those of you who say he was found not guilty, let me say, you are incorrect. Being acquitted is not being found not guilty. I would like to know if Simpson is following through with his promise to find the real killers??? Oh, yes, he did, he admitted to killing them in his book. No one would write such a book when they have children by the woman who was murdered, just more proof he killed the mother of his children.

Kevin Federline’s lawyers will be going to court tomorrow to argue that his ex-Britney Spears is violating the drug test orders. Brit is still using drugs. “Passing tests” happens to druggies’ everyday. Druggies know how to rid the drugs from their system before taking a test hence the reason she isn’t responding quick enough to take the tests. I can’t believe how foolish some of you fans are quick to say it is all KFeds fault, he is greedy, she isn’t using and such. You can look at her and tell she is using and as for mental illness….if you really know about MI, you will know codependence on drugs usually rides along with MI. If she wasn’t using drugs, the judge would had already given her back 50/50 custody and Kfed already tried to get her help both for mental and drugs along with her Moma and we all seen how that went. Those boys don’t need to see their mother in this condition right now. Anyone with a brain can see that.

The King of Pop’s 2,800 acres worth of bumper cars, carousels and Ferris wheels now looks like a ghost town and Jacko has less than 3 months to make good on a $23 million loan.Neverland Ranch once gave jobs to dozens of servants and groundskeepers but now seems like a barren land while the supposed near-bankrupt singer rents an expensive home in Washington, D.C. A formal Notice of Default and Election to Sell was filed in Santa Barbara County recently, otherwise, Jacko can say goodbye to Neverland.

The only way for you to be shocked at Christina Aguilera being pregnant is if you came from a different planet and don’t know what a pregnant woman looks like. But maybe we can feign shock for just a few seconds for the mommy-to-be.

The new issue of Glamour magazine finally has the singer coming clean about her pregnancy. She’s anxious about the arrival of her first child and said “I want to get it right.” She also says she wants to be a working mom so she could balance the needs of her child with her career.

Paris Hilton skipped out on the Los Angeles Halloween festivities last night to hit up Las Vegas hot spot LAX. Paris hosted the party and was even the judge for the $20,000 costume contest. I thought that she was suppose to be Alice from Alice in Wonderland with the trip out contacts, and what the fuck is with her new obsession with those contacts. While she gets drunk and high at a party, the military are putting their lives on the line for us. That fucking outfit mocks them. There’s not one thought in her empty head about our troops. She needs her mouth slapped, THEN her lips will be swollen. Well she may have looked every bit the Halloween she really is in real life but wearing a military outfit that too at a Halloween party shows that even if some think she has a sense of humor I’d think she and all of Hollywood that is appreciating her outfit are actually a bunch of jerks who think that many fun of the soldiers is really cool. Sad thinking on their part.
