Ever since Lily Allen said she’s working on a new album, everyone’s been hoping that it will be good for the sake of her career. Unfortunately for her, some sources say that her songs are really bad and could pretty much kill what’s left of her career. However, Lily has dropped a new song and hey, I actually like it. I’m not sure if it’s going to be her next single or if it’s just a track meant to build buzz but it did get the job done. The song is called ‘Fuck You Very Much’ and it’s like a part two to her international hit ‘Smile’. It’s a bouncy track with less than sunny lyrics. It’s the Lily of the good days people.

We all know that Amy Winehouse has been diagnosed with early signs of what could be emphysema. We also know that Wino isn’t the only British pop wreck around so it should be no surprise to us if Lily Allen suffers the same fate as Wino. The ambidextrous Lily partied at Glastonbury music fest in England last weekend with some sort of hand-rolled smoke in one hand and a cigarette in the other. The hand-rolled one better not be pot! I doubt her late grandmother would approve of the possibility that her granddaughter was getting high after she just died.

Lily Allen has gotten herself so drunk after an evening at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards at Berkeley Square Gardens in London on Tuesday that she couldn’t even walk on her own. The 23-year old singer was carried out by a security team through a side door, hoisted over a fence and put her in her car. She then updated her MySpace blog the next day saying “Last time I wrote here, I was defending my honor and dignity, explaining my innocence and also outrage at the press for insinuating my behavior was embarrassing. This time I’m putting my hands up. I got very drunk last night, too drunk.” You can say that again.
