Now this is the Lindsay Lohan we all remember.

The wild child actress who vowed to stay off the booze is back on it, according to sources in the US. And she reportedly fell off the wagon in spectacular style – after collapsing in an alcohol-fuelled stupor at a New York nightclub.

Lindsay partied with her pal Samantha Ronson at the Hawaiian Tropic Zone into the wee hours on Saturday night, knocking back rehab-unfriendly cocktails of Grey Goose and Red Bull.

Following a torrid 2007 of three rehab stints, several drink-driving arrests and numerous reports of drug and alcohol abuse, you’d think Lindsay would have the good sense to at least succumb to the lure of toxins in private.

But the hellraising actress chose a packed Manhattan hotspot to drink herself so senseless she lost her balance and collapsed to the floor. She was then bundled into a taxi at 4.15am barely conscious.

Here’s to another trip to rehab.

Lindsay Lohan has let rip with a fully loaded attack at playboy Calum Best for a sex video that found its way onto the web.

Pals say that Lindsay made a series of abusive phone calls to George Best’s lothario son after a porn-style photo, said to be of the two of them, was posted on the Internet. The blurry clip is thought to have been filmed on Calum’s phone when they were an item last year and then forwarded on to one of his friends.

Lindsay Lohan may have blown a big payday courtesy of her feud with Paris Hilton.

Li-Lo was presenting a fashion show before reportedly storming out halfway through after discovering Paris’ handbag range was one of its sponsors. Angry organisers were so incensed by her hissy fit, they are refusing to stump up her reported $35,000 fee she was set to receive for just two hours work.

The cheeky scamp riled them further more by swiping a free goodie bag containing an array of expensive items on her way out.

Unfortunately for Li-Lo, her disappearing act was quickly forgotten when Paris later rolled up with boyfriend Benji Madden, and stole the show.

Party organiser Claus Hjelmbak said: “I’m grossly disappointed in Lindsay for not fulfilling her contractual duties. But Paris truly saved the night. She was very gracious to everyone - and was the life of the party.”

The Hollywood party girls’ feud has been going on for years but was reignited recently when Paris banned Lindsay from attending any of her high-profile birthday bashes.

It seems like Lindsay Lohan has actually been trying to keep her life in order. But some people are worried about the new group of “bad influences” she’s got hanging around her.

Her group has recently started to include Courtenay Semel and Jeremy Geffen. Courtenay is the 28 year old lesbian daughter of Terry Semel, former CEO of Yahoo!. Jeremy is a music manager who happens to be good friends with Jason “Gummi Bear” Davis. Davis was recently busted for possession of heroin. The two run with a wild crowd, and a Lohan insider says, “They are leeches, and they are trying to drag Lindsay down and use her for her fame.”

It’s a hard life.

Despite an impressive filmography, tonnes of cash and gorgeous looks – Lindsay Lohan is worried she is already a Hollywood burnout at the tender age of 21.

In a frank interview with Paper magazine, the actress blamed her flirtation with drugs on her stressful job and revealed she’s desperate for employment again.

Defending last year’s hard-partying spell, she said: “I had a lot going on in my life and that was a way of hiding from it. I had a lot of work stress because I was constantly working and never took time to stop. Everything was go-go-go and the easiest thing was to run away from it, going out and drinking at night. You know, you don’t have to think when you let go sometimes. But I didn’t realize it was getting in the way of my work - what I’ve worked for my whole life.”

But her stint in rehab clearly gave her a reality check.

The Mean Girls star said: “I was so used to working and working and working, and for a good few months there was nothing for me to do. Now I know what it’s like to be an out-of-work actor and how much it scares me.”

Lindsay Lohan has turned her back on some of her friends in a bid to stay sober. The ‘Mean Girls’ actress, who left Utah’s Cirque Lodge rehab clinic six months ago, has had to turn her back on all aspects of her partying lifestyle, including some of her former pals.

She said: “There are friends that have been hard to hang out with because they’ve gone down a different path. But it’s really hard because I’m the kind of person who wants to trust everyone.”

Lindsay also spoke about other troubled stars including Amy Winehouse and Britney Spears who have also experienced problems with drugs or alcohol.

She said, “I think lots of people go through dark times, but it’s even harder with everyone watching. It’s a lot of pressure and I really feel for them, but I can’t compare myself to them. Everyone is their own person and they will overcome it in their own ways.”

Lindsay Lohan has received nine nominations for her new movie in the Oscars. Great news right? Wrong. The nominations are for the year’s worst movies. The troubled actress is hotly tipped to win the Worst Actress award for her dual role in the thriller I Know Who Killed Me.

Lindsay, 21 – ordered to do community service for drink-driving – plays an abducted girl and a stripper who is missing body parts. The film is up for eight other “Razzies”, including Worst Picture.

Awards founder John Wilson said: “I Know Who Killed Me is the most fabulously brainless movie since Showgirls, which Razzie voters picked as the worst movie of the 1990s.“By the end of it, you still don’t know what happened.”

I find it really cheesy when a singer sings about their current flame. It’s even cheesier when that current flame hasn’t even lasted a week yet. So grab your earplugs kids because Lindsay Lohan is doing just that when it comes to her making a new album.The now sober 21-year old was at Hollywood hot spot Goa on Sunday and a source says that she introduced a new guy to her pals as her boyfriend Spencer. He happens to be the same guy that she was caught kissing at Il Sole last week. But you all know how Lindsay’s relationships go. I doubt he’d even make it to the New Year.

A former bodyguard for Lindsay Lohan is suing American Media, the parent company of Star Magazine, for mistakenly publishing his photo in an article in which a Lohan bodyguard blabs about her crazy moments.

An article was published in June and says, “The drugs, the guns, the wild sex, and the cutting - the man who witnessed it all reveals Lindsay Lohan’s darkest moments.” It lists the beans-spiller as a man named Lee Weaver.

The name is right - it was the photo that was wrong. Instead of printing a pic of Weaver, they printed one of former bodyguard Andrae Renard. Renard is now suing them, saying they damaged his career as a bodyguard due to their “libelous use of his photograph”. He also says he’s been “banned from entering certain elite Hollywood nightclubs”.

Star says they printed a retraction and removed the article from their website as soon as they learned of the mistake. Renard still asked for a reported million dollars because of the mistake.

Hmm, he can’t get into a night club? Well, heck yeah, he deserves the money. Heaven forbid they cost him his fun!

There exists something we all call self medication but these celebrities like to go the rehabs these days to show that they want to get clean. You don’t wake up one fine morning and say ‘you know what, I think I’ll go do drugs and embarrass myself coz no one’s writing and talking about me despite my life being so happening, wonderful and so perfect. I think the point of Jodie’s comments were that a lot of the trouble and problems that Lindsay originally got into were a direct result of her parents not putting ANY boundaries on her. She was allowed to sleep with men 3x her age, party at all hours of the night, even allowed to drink - all at the age of 14+. Any mother (or father for that matter), who would allow their child that kind of leniency is an idiot. Especially to then come out and say it’s not their fault. It dam sure is your fault! Try some discipline; try NOT partying with your kids and setting a mature and decent example. Lindsay’s behavior is exactly what she learned growing up.

Law enforcement sources say Lindsay Lohan is not going to be charged with cocaine possession in connection with her two DUI arrests.

Brooke Shields has blamed the legal troubles of stars such as Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie on bad parenting. Shields, who has two children and admits she’s a strict parent, believes Hollywood’s young celebrities would be better behaved if their mothers had brought them up properly. Ha Ha Brooke Shield’s has no sex appeal absolutely any. She reminds me of a prune Danish something that and old man might gum at but really get no enjoyment out of. But she is just another Celebs who using the fame of Paris and the others just to have something of her written about in the media, Brooke Shields, I haven’t heard of her in a long long time, where has she been and what is it about her that she made such comments. She is a mother and she says she a strict parent and that enough for her to be able to make a judgment on the stupid three of Hollywood, may she is envious of them and wants to join their league, too late Brooke you’re too old for that now.

Shame she might really feel that way about her co-stars, like they say be careful climbing the ladder in life you might one day start going down. And with all of the drug and alcohol problems she has been thru, she not to far off! Pot calling the kettle black! Pick any adjective she stated and apply to her. Does she want to make any friend in the entertainment world or has she decided that she is going to wreck all she is left with. It’s like an eye for an eye, what ever the good things she has to say about her lovely co-stars are actually meant for her and in a way she is trying to tell the world this is the real me with out taking her own name. Lohan called Johansson “ugly” and “fat,” Simpson “dumb” and Miller a “no-talent crackhead”. Publicly commenting on one actress is fine, people take it as a simple grudge, but venting out against three at the same time really shows she is out of her minds.

One of the latest reality show rumors is that VH1 will be putting together a new show called “Celebrity Rehab”. This one sounds like a classic. There has been no official information released regarding the show or who will be on it but there is certainly plenty of speculation floating around. A few of the stars they have narrowed it down to be former wrestler Chyna, Tom Sizemore, porn star Mary Carey and Brigitte Nielson. A few more are expected that are not named on the current list. Reality TV has clearly reached an all time low when they are exploiting stars who can’t keep it together. I’m not really surprised there are no big A-list names on the show. If Promises couldn’t help Lindsay Lohan then it’s unlikely that VH1 will be able to either. The sad thing about this show is that I can see a lot of people tuning in to see some fallen stars struggling to stay sober.

Matt Damon was recently the receiver of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. He also recently spoke to the press about fellow actor Lindsay Lohan. He commented on Lohan saying that he believes she will bounce back because “she is very talented”. Lohan was arrested Tuesday morning on a second DUI charge. He does go on to add something more intelligent. He mentions how hard it must be for someone with an addiction trapped on the inside. It’s anyone’s guess why Damon has so much to say about Lindsay. As far as I know they aren’t especially close but I could be wrong about that. Either way the bottom line is that he’s trying to appear supportive when really we all know she’s a spoiled little brat that needs a driver and a limit on her spending. What happened to the days when stars always travelled by limo? It would sure eliminate the DUI charges.

Rob Schneider donned heels, lipstick, a black and white designer dress, blonde wig and an alcohol-detecting ankle clamp to appear as Lindsay Lohan on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno in America on Tuesday. The funny man was a last-minute replacement for the troubled actress, who pulled out of a scheduled appearance on the late night chat show following a DUI and drug possession arrest earlier in the day. And he made the most of his appearance - pretending to be the embattled Mean Girls star. LOL I would have liked to have seen that…. But you are right just asking she could have killed someone…when are these people going to learn that…. DRINKING AND DRIVING KILLS that is murder… I still think that people who go out get drunk and get behind the wheel of a car should be charged with attempted murder rather than driving under the influence (or both) and get stiffer punishment then a suspended license or community service or a fine… and they should be in jail for longer then 45 days…. Seriously I know that jails are over crowded but people are just not getting a clue….
