Foxy Brown just loves getting into trouble. She might as well be dubbed as the music industry’s version of Naomi Campbell. Apart from the bench warrant issued for her arrest on Monday regarding charges of hitting a neighbor with her Blackberry last year, the rapper is also due in court today in Florida for the assault case that took place in a beauty salon. Someone definitely needs to get some anger management classes. What’s even more embarrassing about her bench warrant is that when a call to her attorney was made, he didn’tknow where Foxy was. Do we have a fugitive on our hands?

Blake Fielder-Civil is planning to leave Amy Winehouse for his mistress.

Blake - who is currently in London’s Pentonville Prison awaiting trial for grievous bodily harm (GBH) and perverting the course of justice - has reportedly proposed to his mystery new girlfriend and has told friends he wants a massive divorce settlement.

Blake Fielder-Civil is planning to leave Amy Winehouse

The 25-year-old has enjoyed a string of secret visits from the mystery blonde, who is friends with Amy, and on occasions has passed messages between the estranged pair.

Blake reportedly told his mistress: ‘Just say the word and I’ll dump Amy. I love you more than I could ever love my wife. You’re all that matters to me. I’ll leave Amy and we’ll be rich beyond our wildest dreams. But you have to marry me. Promise me you will and we can be happy.’

Despite having several furious rows with Amy over claims she is having an affair with her manager’s assistant Alex Haines, Blake has allegedly told his mistress: ‘If Amy has cheated on me, don’t worry – we’ll be millionaires.’

He is set to ask for a divorce settlement of at least $6 million - demanding $500,000 for each month of his year-long marriage – despite being jailed for almost half of it.

Blake has reportedly told his mother about his plan to divorce the ‘Rehab’ singer. Amy’s friends are hoping the revelations will persuade her to leave him for good. One friend said: ‘Now she knows Blake is cheating, she just might.’

Keifer and Dad Have Dinner

There’s nothing sweeter than welcoming your son home from jail. That’s exactly what Donald Sutherland did Thursday night in Santa Monica. He and son Keifer enjoyed dinner at the Brass Cup.

Keifer served 48 days in jail for a DUI conviction and probation violation. He had to stay in over Christmas and his birthday. This was the first time the two had seen each other since that sentence started in December.

Amy Winehouse Suicide Pact

Amy Winehouse has reportedly made a suicide pact with her husband. The singer is set to be questioned by the police over husband Blake Fielder-Civil’s charges of assault and allegedly perverting the course of justice. She could face prison if she gets linked to the conspiracy to clear Blake. If she gets parted from her husband by a lengthy jail sentence, Wino has reportedly vowed to kill herself.A witness on Blake’s case was said to have been offered £200,000 to change his story. Since Blake is not a wealthy man, the finger points to Amy. The office of the singer’s accountant was searched last week so police could review all her transactions.

Back to the Court for Dennis Rodman

This time, though, it’s not the basketball court. Rodman is being sued in Las Vegas.

He is being sued by Sara Robinson, a former beverage manager at the Hard Rock Hotel. Her suit claims that the former basketball star assaulted her last year when he grabbed her, rubbing himself against her body and slapping her on the bottom.

According to the complaint, Robinson was working at the hotel’s Cuba Libre bar in March 2006. Rodman was a guest at the hotel and attempted to climb on top of the bar to get her attention.

It further alleges, “As Robinson stepped around the bar, Rodman grabbed her, pulled her towards him and rubbed his body against hers. Robinson tried to get free from Rodman’s grasp at which time he assaulted her by reaching down and slapping her open handed on the bottom.”

Robinson claims she filled out a voluntary statement giving all of the details of Rodman’s antics a month later, after another incident involving Rodman in the same bar. She says she was then fired and is not seeking unspecified damages.

Not only is Rodman accused of assault and battery, but she also accuses the Hard Rock Hotel of negligence for not protecting her from his “harrassing conduct”.

This is Rodman’s second lawsuit in Las Vegas, the first coming in 2001 when he was accused of rubbing dice on the head, chest, somach, and genitals of craps dealer James Brasich in an October 1997 game.

Maybe Sin City isn’t such a good place for Rodman…or maybe he just needs to keep his hands to himself.

O.J. Simpson

That would be the sound of champagne corks popping over at Court TV. A Las Vegas judge ruled Wednesday that prosecutors have enough evidence to take O.J. Simpson and two alleged accomplices to trial on charges of robbing two sports memorabilia collectors at gunpoint in a Las Vegas hotel room. I hope they finally fry his ***! I also would like to know how that jury sleeps at night. Their excuses for acquitting him was inexcusable, and for those of you who say he was found not guilty, let me say, you are incorrect. Being acquitted is not being found not guilty. I would like to know if Simpson is following through with his promise to find the real killers??? Oh, yes, he did, he admitted to killing them in his book. No one would write such a book when they have children by the woman who was murdered, just more proof he killed the mother of his children.

Amy Winehouse Glams Up

Who knew that the courts in London are actually open on weekends? But Amy Winehouse showed us just that. And if that’s the only way she can actually look all cleaned up, then I’ll take it.

The ‘Rehab’ singer left her signature dilapidated ballet slippers and short shorts at home and showed up at Thames Magistrates court looking her best as a ‘respectable housewife’ on Saturday. She was there to see her hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil who was charged for allegedly trying to fix a trial. Blake was arrested on Thursday, mere days before he went to trial for assault after he beat up a bartender. He will be held in jail until November 26

Kiefer Sutherland Blames Fans For DUI

24 star Kiefer Sutherland blames fans for his jail sentence for driving under the influence, and is refusing to sign anymore autographs. The actor will spend Christmas behind bars after being sentenced to 48 days behind bars, following his arrest in September. It could be possible that he is reacting to bad news and said something out of character. In a case like this, where you will be spending some time in jail, probably detoxing in the process, anybody would be likely to lash out and blame others, it is a normal human behavior and most celebrities are not celebrated for their common sense, grace under pressure, or normal view on life. Besides it could have been taken out of context or never said. Comment not to demish his personal responsibility, you drink and drive as much as he probably has, you accept the risks, you had one free one, now it is jail time, which he of course deserves, as any one of use would get some time in the stripped home for our second DUI.

I wish people who think they know everything and know NOTHING would quit commenting on the VICTIMS and how they choose to cope with what OJ DID! He’s a murderer!!! He took his children’s Mother off the face of the earth! And another innocent life also. P-Vity needs to understand that the jury did not get to analyze the DNA EVIDENCE THAT PROVED OJ MURDERED THESE PEOPLE!!! He won’t get off free this time. Hope he rots in jail for the rest of his stinking a** life. Then he can go to the Lord and rot in **** for eternity! OJ ruined his own life and continues to. Not one iota of sympathy for him. And I would bet that the Goldmans would much rather have their son back than money any day. “Gold diggers” is an appalling thing to call these people. You should hope, that you don’t ever have to go through anything like they did. I doubt they will ever ‘live better.’ Get real.

O.J. Simpson says he went into a casino hotel room only to retrieve memorabilia that he felt was stolen from him. But police are investigating it as an armed robbery and named the fallen football star as a suspect Friday in yet another surprising chapter to his legal saga.oj-simpson.jpg

In an interview with The Associated Press, Simpson insisted there were no guns involved and that he went to the room at the Palace Station casino only to get stolen mementos that included his Hall of Fame certificate and a picture of the running back with J. Edgar Hoover.

“It’s stolen stuff that’s mine. Nobody was roughed up,” Simpson told the AP.

Las Vegas Metro Police Capt. James Dillon said the confrontation was reported as an armed robbery involving guns. But he said no weapons had been recovered and stressed that the investigation was in its “infancy.”

Simpson was questioned by police immediately after the incident Thursday night. Dillon said Simpson would not agree to a formal, recorded interview until his lawyer arrived, but did offer some statements about the incident. No charges had been filed and no one was in custody.

Simpson said auction house owner Tom Riccio called him several weeks ago to say some collectors “have a lot of your stuff and they don’t want anyone to know they are selling it.”

Simpson, who was in Las Vegas for a friend’s wedding, said he arranged to meet Riccio at the hotel. Riccio had set up a meeting with collectors under the guise that he had a private collector interested in buying Simpson’s items.

“We walked into the room,” Simpson said in the telephone interview. “I’m the last one to go in and when they see me, it’s all ‘Oh God.’”

He said he was accompanied by several men he met at a wedding cocktail party, and they took the collectibles.

Simpson said he wasn’t sure where the items were taken.A message left by the AP for Riccio was not immediately returned.

He told the Los Angeles Times he arranged the meeting after receiving a phone call about a month ago from a person who claimed to have personal items including footballs, awards and photos that had belonged to Simpson and wanted to sell them.

“Simpson was supposed to show up, identify the items and tell the men to either give the stuff back or he would call the police,” Riccio told the newspaper.

The plan unraveled after Simpson showed up with about seven “intimidating looking guys,” at least one of whom had a gun, he said.

“We tried to peacefully reacquire these personal items, not for their monetary value, but for their family value. O.J. wanted to be able to pass these things down to his kids,” Riccio said.

“They (Simpson and his companions) took the stuff, and they left. What can I say? Things went haywire,” he said.

Dillon said investigators were trying to untangle the web of ownership, and that some items had been recovered. He did not say which ones.

Nobody worry about me, says Bill Murray. He was just dropping off people after a party when he was stopped in downtown Stockholm driving a golf cart.

The police “asked me to come over and they assumed that I was drunk and I explained to them that I was a golfer,” Murray told reporters Monday at the Venice Film Festival, where he appeared before the bill-murray.jpgpremiere of his new film “The Darjeeling Limited.”

The actor-comedian, who was among the early cast members on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live” and was nominated for an Oscar for 2003’s “Lost in Translation,” said he was in Stockholm last month to play in a pro-am golf tournament, and hitched a ride to a post-event party in a golf cart.

When no one wanted to drive home, he volunteered.

“I ended up stopping and dropping people off on the way like a bus. I had about six people in the thing and I dropped them off one at a time and as the last couple were getting out, who wished to be dropped off at a 7-Eleven. … I didn’t know they had 7-Elevens in Stockholm,” said Murray, who turns 57 on Sept. 21.

That’s where police called him over.

Swedish police took a blood test after he refused a breath test. He could face drunken driving charges, though a Stockholm police official has said fines were more likely than a prison sentence.

One of the socialite’s charged with DUI has actually proved herself to be mature after all. Nicole Richie has spoken about her assigned jail time coming up before September. She believes it’s a blessing in disguise. She knows she could have killed somebody the night she was arrested driving the wrong way down the road. She’s thankful and feels blessed that it never came to that. Nicole is 4 months pregnant and the fact that she is now carrying a life has probably helped her to put her life into perspective. She refuses to try and take the easy way out or cry all the way to prison like Hilton did. Instead she will be ready to accept her punishment because she knows how much worse it could have gotten. It’s actually reassuring to see one of these DUI divas stand up and admit that she was wrong. It would be nice if Lindsay Lohan learned something from Nicole. She will be the one that does kill someone if somebody doesn’t stop her. Kudos to Richie for being strong enough to change.

paris-hilton-akon.jpg

Akon himself has nothing to do so the thought he might as well waste time producing an album for Paris. What is his interest, of course to cash in the publicity that Paris receives for clumsy acts that she needs to do for time to time to remain in the focus. Bet ya, once he signs her up now that Warner Brothers just dropped her from their label. The only question is, will Paris sign with Akon’s Konvict Muzik label. Given the fact that there aren’t a ton of people banging down her door to give her a deal, it looks like a pretty sweet setup for both parties. Yes, when both of them are literally empty handed or Paris surely it’s a win-win situation for both. Two empty minds with nothing can certainly some music that their dogs wouldn’t like to listen to. Wonder whose going to pay for the losses that the album would incur. Anyways there no one who can stop two fools mingling there are loads of them in Hollywood and these are just two examples.

Paris Hilton’s friends have thrown her a party to wish her luck in prison.
The hotel heiress is expected to enter prison on June 5 to serve her 23-day sentence for driving with suspended license and her friends have been around her to keep her spirits up before she goes there.
Childhood friend Caroline D’Amore said: “We had a little party at her house the other night. We all went round to be there for her. She has high hopes.”
D’Amore also says that at Nicole Richie’s infamous Memorial Day barbecue: “We all watched the first episode of the new season of ‘The Simple Life’, which was really cute.”
Another friend of Paris on the contrary says she is very scared of the impending imprisonment
of the hotel heiress.
She tells in an interview for People magazine: “She breaks down crying a lot because she just can’t deal with the reality and pressure of everything that is happening. he really can’t take how most people around her have scattered and distanced themselves.”
Paris has decided to drop her appeal against the sentence and will hand herself into California’s Century Regional Detention Facility in just a few days.
The blond will serve her time on the special needs wing of the prison for her own protection.
Her cell mate - a reckless driving convict - has been handpicked as the person least likely to try and cash-in on Paris.
Most people don’t believe that Paris would serve her whole sentence but only the time will show what will happen.

lindsay-lohan.jpg

Lindsay Lohan and her father have not been on the best terms for a long time. Now he steps back into the spotlight as she tried to help his daughter. Michael Lohan declared in an interview that Lindsay is suffering from many addictions including the painkiller OxyContin and of course alcohol. His official statement was:

“I spoke to the people treating Lindsay, because I wanted to make sure she was getting the right care. And I’m satisfied they are doing the right thing for her, helping her detox from the painkillers and things. That’s a very important step.”

Michael is no stranger to this kind of things. He was recently released from prison after serving almost two years for DUI. As they say: “Like father like son!”
