Willis, that is. Ryan Phillippe was on the Howard Stern Show and discussed his divorce from actress Reese Witherspoon. He says the divorce was a “mutual” decision. He also approved of her current flame, Jake Gyllenhaal.
Ryan said, “He’s a good dude. I love her and I want her to be happy, and it seems like she is.”
Hmm, maybe one day we’ll see the whole family hanging out like the Kutcher-Moore-willis brood.
Ryan Phillipe is still struggling to deal with his failed marriage to Reese Witherspoon, more than 16 months after the pair split.
The Cruel Intentions actor fell into a deep depression when his seven-year relationship with the Oscar-winning star ended. He claims he is slowly coming to terms with life as a divorcee, saying: “You get through it. It’s a process that’s not easy, but I get less and less sad about it every day.”
Last year, Ryan confessed he had contemplated suicide and suffered a breakdown when the Walk The Line actress left him. He said: “After the divorce I was a physical wreck. I wanted to die. I was ready to kill myself. I was not taking care of myself at all. I would wake up and cry and vomit.”
Reese, who has eight-year-old Ava and four-year-old Deacon with Ryan, is now in the arms of Donnie Darko cutie Jake Gyllenhaal.
