Judge dismisses preposterous Anna Nicole Smith gay sex libel claim

Claims that Anna Nicole Smith watched a videotape of her lawyer and boyfriend having gay sex have been branded “preposterous” by a judge.

The allegations are at the heart of a $60m libel suit filed by Smith’s former lawyer, Howard K Stern, against TV reporter and author Rita Cosby.

David Caruso failed to show for court in dispute with ex, lawyer says

CSI: Miami star David Caruso has reportedly failed to turn up at a court appearance in his long-running dispute with ex-girlfriend Liza Marquez.
