Cheryl Cole ‘turns down 4m American Idol deal’
Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole has reportedly turned down a £4m deal to star as a judge on American Idol to be closer to husband Ashley.
Cole, 26, is said to have declined the job on the panel alongside Simon Cowell, 49. She is already a judge with Cowell on British show The X Factor.
