David Caruso failed to show for court in dispute with ex, lawyer says
CSI: Miami star David Caruso has reportedly failed to turn up at a court appearance in his long-running dispute with ex-girlfriend Liza Marquez.
Marquez’s lawyer Debra Opri, who represented Larry Birkhead in the Anna Nicole Smith paternity case, said Caruso did not appear before the court on May 15, according to a radaronline report.
